Director/Founder
Cheresse Martin-Davenport
Outside of being the Founder, CEO of the organization. She will be running the department, Smiley's Blessings. This department is the heart of the organization. Mrs. Davenport loves to say, "We Have To Be That Shining Light For These Children." Mrs. Davenport has an education background in Human Services, Domestic Violence, Substance Abuse and an Honorary Doctorate in Spiritual Counseling.

Michael Davenport Sr.
Michael Davenport has over 20 years of transportation experience with DAVENPORT. During these 20 years, he has conducted numerous traffic data collection projects across North Carolina, Virginia, and South Carolina. He has communicated effectively with state and local government on traffic data collection issues, including arranging for temporary closure on sections of roadway. He has been the field coordinator on many projects for DAVENPORT, which include multiple counts on numerous private and public sector projects. To date Michael has been involved in over 2,000 turning movement counts and over 250 counts for NCDOT. Michael has extensive Traffic Data Collection experience, specifically with JAMAR traffic counting equipment, Metro, NuMetrics NC-97 Classifiers, Travel Recorder XT, and PEEK ADR-1000 Traffic counters. Michael has managed several projects requiring knowledge of traffic and traffic control procedures and is fully versed in all aspects of emergency traffic control. In addition to work completed for various agencies and consultants, Michael oversees all of DAVENPORTs in house data collection.

Jamal O'Neal
Jamal O'Neal enjoys being a father and riding motorcycles. He believes in opportunities with second chances. To make a difference in young people's lives. He also does the community service program just for that purpose. Making sure that their hours are completed. To move past the huddles and move forward with goals of succeeding. He is honored to be apart of Smiley's Sweets. One of his top priorities is seeing the foundation succeed.
Treasurer
Deon McBride
Deon McBride has been employed with the USPS since 2006. Whenever he is not working, he is travelling, sleeping, bowling, doing some self care, and shooting some pool. He joined Smiley's sweets team because he loves what the mission stands for. It is nothing more gratifying than seeing the smiling faces of the people that we have helped in the past and now as Smiley's Sweets. His favorite words are Sharing is Caring. Mr. McBride is also a veteran as well.
Secretary
Monica Summers
Mrs. Summers is employed with Piedmont Health Services and Sickle Cell Agency (PHSSCA) for 23 years as the Program Director for the Sickle Cell Division. This agency provides Sickle Cell comprehensive case management to seven counties in North Carolina. Mrs. Summers supervises the Sickle Cell staff, provide comprehensive case management to pediatric and adult clients with Sickle Cell Disease. She is also the coordinator of the Sickle Cell Summer Enrichment Camp for fourteen years. She has a deep passion for children. Outside of being the secretary, Mrs. Summers also coordinates the Fish 4 Tish at the Sickle Cell Summer Enrichment Camp.
Advisory Council Chair
Kimberly Ukuzato
Kimberly Ukuzato is with the Winston Salem Police Department. She works in the community outreach department. She has a heart for helping people and a soft spot for animals. She goes above and beyond her duties even without her uniform on. The purpose of Smiley's Sweets Foundation, Ms. Ukuzato is the best advisory, she also oversees the Smiley's Love 4 Pets Program.
