If you are seeking assistance for Christmas, attendance at the Christmas Party Game Night on December 6th is mandatory. On this day, you will be informed of your designated pickup time for toys. Please note that there will be no holds or allowances for late arrivals; you must arrive at your assigned time. If, for any reason, assistance cannot be provided due to a shortage of items or if only some of your children can be helped, you will be informed in advance. Children are not permitted on the pickup date due to the strict schedule; there are no exceptions. Therefore, we ask that you attend the Christmas Game Night Party beforehand for the children. Please make arrangements for this day, as the process will take approximately 15 minutes in total.
